o Advising farm worker unions and farm workers organizing under the New York Farm Laborers Fair Labor Practices Act

o Representing and advising unions during collective bargaining negotiations

o Representing unions and funds in arbitration, mediation, and litigation

o Providing advice and guidance on union organizing and campaigns

o Representing the interests of unions when employers file for bankruptcy

o Collecting delinquent contributions from employers who have failed to make timely payments to employee benefit funds

o Helping individual employees and groups of employees who have experienced wage theft

o Representing employees who have experienced workplace discrimination, harassment, or retaliation

o Negotiating severance agreements, employment contracts, and contracts for independent contractors and freelancers

o Providing employers with tools to create a healthy workplace culture, free of discrimination and harassment, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

o Developing and drafting policies, employee handbooks, and manuals

o Conducting internal investigations when allegations of misconduct arise

o Providing consulting services to federal, state, and local government agencies; specializing in strategic enforcement of labor and employment laws

o Providing consulting services to unions and non-profits; drafting reports and proposed legislation related to labor law and workers’ rights
